The Automotive Systems Technology Instructor is responsible for providing innovative and engaging instruction and ensuring that course topics and examples evolve with advancements in the field. The Instructor reports to the Automotive Systems Technology Program Chair and to the Dean of Business and Industry. The Instructor will maintain the program equipment, ensure shop orderliness and safety, and stay abreast of industry-standard practices as it relates to automotive repair. Outside of the classroom, the
NCWorks Career Coaches are community college counselors embedded in high schools to help students acquire awareness and explore career and technical education post-secondary program options. This position is funded in part by an appropriation from the General Fund to the NC Community College System Office and created as a result of a partnership between Lenoir Community College and Lenoir County Schools. Under general supervision, employees in this position are employees of Lenoir Community College and The Health Sciences Admissions Specialist will support the efforts of health sciences admissions to collect and process health sciences student applications. The Health Sciences Admissions Specialist will also provide support for all aspects of the admissions process from application through enrollment.
